Roles & Responsibilities

Bilingual Customer Advisor

  • Supporting customers by offering personalized advice on styles, sizes and the latest trends;
  • Manage the complete customer experience cycle by responding to inquiries via phone, email and chat regarding orders, deliveries and returns;
  • Build customer loyalty by proactively resolving problems and guaranteeing a high-end service;
  • Ensuring operational excellence by processing files accurately and quickly in our management tools;
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive and professional brand image at all times.

To succeed in this role, here's what you need:
  • Mastery of French at level C1/C2 (Excellent written and oral expression);
  • My English proficiency is at level B1/B2;
  • Education level: Baccalaureate or university degree;
  • Passion for fashion: Knowledge of current products and trends is a real advantage;
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Office Suite / G Suite and ease with customer relationship management (CRM) tools;
  • Key skills: Excellent communication, team spirit, empathy and focus on results and quality;
  • Positive attitude: Ability to remain motivated under pressure and a strong taste for interpersonal relationships.
