Roles & Responsibilities

Be the driving force behind customer satisfaction and facilitate mobility for thousands of users. In this inbound call center role, you will be required to:

  • Working for a leading car rental agency, supporting international clients with their mobility needs (reservations, modifications, assistance);
  • To offer high-quality bilingual assistance (French and English) by answering calls in a professional, warm and efficient manner;
  • Managing varied situations: from taking reservations to managing contracts, including logistical support and problem solving;
  • Contribute to the success of the project, propose improvements to the processes and share your knowledge with your team;
  • Working on a rotating schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile

My bilingual mastery of French and English (minimum C1 level), both oral and written;

  • Excellent oral communication skills: you know how to reassure and guide customers on the phone;
  • Sense of service and responsiveness: you know how to find quick solutions so that our customers can get back on the road with peace of mind;
  • Adaptability: you manage computer tools and procedure changes with ease;
  • Positive attitude: you believe that a journey always begins with an excellent welcome.
