Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify and report recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills.

  • IT specialist for system administration, or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee
