Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify and report recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- IT specialist for system administration, or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee
- English and German at C1 level
- One who is interested in self-development and collaborative growth, we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization
