Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bilingual Executive Secretary
- Provide administrative, organizational and logistical support to the general management to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of its activities.
- Coordinate the flow of information and represent the professional image of the company to internal and external interlocutors.
- Handle calls, emails and correspondence.
- Write and format letters, reports.
- Welcoming visitors and partners with professionalism.
- To follow certain administrative tasks related to other services.
- Bac +5 minimum in executive assistantship, secretarial work.
- Excellent command of French. Oral and written English.
- Good knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Sense of organization, rigor and absolute distinction.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and sense of confidentiality.
