Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions
Reporting to the Human Resources department, you will work on a general basis with a focus on employee support and HR administrative follow-up:
- To manage personnel administration (contracts, HR files, certificates, etc.)
- Participate in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening CVs, pre-qualifications, interviews)
- Supporting new recruits during their onboarding process
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor legislation
- Manage the tracking of absences, leave, and disciplinary cases
- to be an HR point of contact for employees and managers
- Contributing to the improvement of the employee experience
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects (employee engagement, training, internal communication)
- Ensure HR reporting and dashboard updates

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Previous successful experience in HR (ideally in BPO or a dynamic environment)
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- My proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills, listening skills and team spirit
- Rigour, organisation and a sense of confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
