Roles & Responsibilities

Main missions

Reporting to the Human Resources department, you will work on a general basis with a focus on employee support and HR administrative follow-up:

  • To manage personnel administration (contracts, HR files, certificates, etc.)
  • Participate in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening CVs, pre-qualifications, interviews)
  • Supporting new recruits during their onboarding process
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor legislation
  • Manage the tracking of absences, leave, and disciplinary cases
  • to be an HR point of contact for employees and managers
  • Contributing to the improvement of the employee experience
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects (employee engagement, training, internal communication)
  • Ensure HR reporting and dashboard updates

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent

  • Previous successful experience in HR (ideally in BPO or a dynamic environment)
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • My proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal skills, listening skills and team spirit
  • Rigour, organisation and a sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
