Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process and generate accurate invoices for clients and customers in a timely manner.
- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all billing transactions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve account issues.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist customers with payment processing and provide clear explanations of charges.
- Identify and escalate complex billing issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all billing activities.
- Prepare regular billing reports and summaries for management review.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the billing department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related customer service role.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
