Key Responsibilities

Billing Operations

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contracts and pricing agreements
• Ensure timely billing cycles and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain billing records and documentation
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues

Revenue Assurance

• Monitor revenue streams to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Identify, analyze, and investigate revenue leakage and billing errors
• Perform reconciliations between source systems, billing systems, and general ledger
• Develop and implement controls to prevent revenue loss

Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze billing and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and anomalies
• Prepare revenue assurance reports and dashboards for management
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist in audits by providing required billing and revenue documentation

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Review and improve billing and revenue assurance processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Recommend system and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Participate in system testing and upgrades related to billing and revenue systems
