Faced with the resumption of air activity and the acceleration of the marketing of the LEAP engine, we are facing a sharp increase in maintenance activities.
The Support and Service Department has created a dedicated commercial expertise center for invoicing based on customer terms. Within this center, the position focuses more specifically on the invoicing service for in-store maintenance operations at subsidiaries based outside France and for maintenance operations outsourced to third parties.
This service, based in Casablanca, will be in charge of billing according to customer conditions and particularly for customers in the MEA zone and may, depending on the load in other regions, assist in other areas.
In this context we are looking for our manager in Morocco (Casablanca) whose mission will be to build, supervise, train and manage the activity in connection with the manager and the team located in Montereau-sur-le-Jard (77) using the processes, template and tools put in place by the service.
As a Billing Manager under commercial terms, you will report to the Sales Administration department. You will receive training at our Montereau-sur-le-Jard (France) facility for the first six months following your hiring, after which you will continue your role at our Casablanca site under a local contract.
Desired Candidate Profile
With a background in MANAGEMENT, COMMERCE, ACCOUNTING or equivalent, you have experience in a similar position.
You are rigorous, agile, versatile and know how to take initiative. You possess a team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders within your organization.
You have a good knowledge of Excel, you are fluent in English and knowledge of SAP would be highly appreciated.
