Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process and verify billing information to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients within the allotted timeframes.
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
- Implement and manage recovery processes to reduce payment delays and uncollectible receivables
- Analyze billing data and create comprehensive reports for management.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer questions.
- Maintain and update customer billing records in the company's ERP system.
- Participate in the development and improvement of billing and collection processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Participate in month-end closing activities related to invoicing and collection.
Desired Candidate Profile
You hold a degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Experience in invoicing, collections or a related financial function
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- In-depth knowledge of invoicing processes and collection procedures
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of best practices in accounts receivable management.
