Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In a context of a sharp increase in maintenance activities, the Sales Administration has set up a dedicated commercial expertise center for invoicing.
Reporting to the Sales Administration department, the Billing Officer is responsible for the administrative execution and management of transactions related to customer orders and contracts, from contract review to invoice processing and distribution, in compliance with contractual commitments and Safran's internal processes.
Responsible for ensuring the conformity of commercial documents and the application of contractual clauses, he/she works in close collaboration with the technical and sales teams, anticipates difficulties and actively contributes to the resolution of operational problems related to invoicing.
As a key player in overall performance, he contributes to activity forecasting and participates in achieving customer satisfaction, operational performance and billing quality objectives, which are key elements in securing revenue.
It also contributes to actions for the continuous improvement of the ADV activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
With a background in MANAGEMENT, COMMERCE, ACCOUNTING or equivalent, you have experience in a similar position.
You have a good knowledge of Excel and are proficient in commercial management ERP systems (such as SAP), which is an asset.
Experience in an industrial environment, and more particularly in the aeronautical sector, would be highly valued.
You are comfortable in an international context and have a good level of English, both spoken and written, allowing you to interact with internal and external foreign interlocutors.
You are rigorous, agile, versatile and know how to take initiative. You possess a team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders within our organization.
