Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering models.
  • Coordinate and lead BIM workflows throughout all project phases, from concept to construction documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all project deliverables.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models to optimize design efficiency.
  • Prepare and present BIM models and visualizations to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of BIM processes and project progress.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and methodologies.
  • Participate in design review meetings and contribute innovative solutions to complex architectural challenges.
  • Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and trends to continuously enhance project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design with a strong focus on BIM.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing BIM models for large-scale architectural projects.
  • Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full-time in an on-site office environment.
  • Experience in coordinating with external consultants and contractors.
  • Familiarity with international BIM standards and protocols.
