BIM Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) architect to join our team. (BIM-02)

Job Description:
-The BIM Architect will play a pivotal role in integrating BIM technologies into our architectural projects enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
-The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design and a demonstrated proficiency in BIM
software and methodologies.
-Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software.
-Review and coordinate Revit models.
-Update Revit models through various stages (up to LOD 300).
-Create family types.
-Coordinate with members of the design and technical teams.
-Review BIM models based on project BIM EIR and BXP.
-Attend internal coordination meetings.

Required Skills:
-Ability to create accurate Construction Drawings
-Ability to handle project Submittals
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Attentive to detail and have strong problem-solving abilities
-Knowledge of relevant software and tools
-Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, Dynamo and AutoCAD.
-Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in architecture.
-3-5 Years of experience.
