Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models (primarily using Revit) for architectural projects from concept to construction stages.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents in compliance with project requirements and standards.
Coordinate BIM models with internal teams to ensure clash-free and coordinated outputs.
Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects.
Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in coordination with consultants and project stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of BIM deliverables within agreed timelines.
Support project teams with technical BIM expertise and provide solutions to design and modeling challenges.
Assist in project documentation, revisions, and updates based on client or consultant feedback.
Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM-related inputs as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Architect or Architectural BIM Specialist.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential); experience with Navisworks is an advantage.
Solid understanding of architectural design, construction detailing, and BIM workflows.
Experience working on architectural and interior design projects is preferred.
Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Experience in international projects is a plus.
