Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate BIM workflows for infrastructure projects, focusing on roads, grading, utilities, and drainage
- Develop and manage Civil 3D models, including corridors, surfaces, pipe networks, and custom subassemblies
- Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with ISO 19650 and client standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure model integration across disciplines
- Conduct clash detection with Navisworks and resolve design issues in early project stages
- Ensure models are geospatially aligned with correct coordinate systems and infrastructure standards
- Perform QA checks, audits, and continuous updates of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Support preparation of MIDP and TIDP deliverables for project task teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM staff as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years BIM coordination experience in infrastructure projects with strong Civil 3D expertise
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows
- Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, grading, and drainage design workflows
- Experience with ISO 19650-compliant processes and CDE platforms like ProjectWise or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Familiarity with LOD requirements and multidisciplinary design integration
- Desired: BIM certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional, ISO 19650), experience with InfraWorks, Revit, Dynamo, or scripting tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
