BIM coordination for all disciplines across all project stages, ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements.

• Manage BIM execution plans and ensure adherence to BIM workflows and protocols.
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design and clash issues through Navisworks, Revit, and other BIM tools.
• Coordinates with different teams for the setup and management of the Common Data Environment (CDE ).
• Ensures compliance with the Employer's BIM requirements through QAQC procedures to ensure the data quality of the submitted models.
• Review and validate 3D models, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Facilitate BIM-based meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of coordinated models in line with project milestones.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM standards and tools.
• Collaborate closely with design consultants to align project deliverables with contractual and technical requirements.
• Maintain BIM documentation and model data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 4-7 years
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC, with advanced skills in Dynamo and Power BI.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards, such as ISO 19650.
• Experience in residential, administrative, and hospitality projects.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of 4D ,C# and Revit API is a plus.
