Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure adherence to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Develop, manage, and maintain 3D models and related documentation across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.).
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure consistent model integration.
  • Perform model clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks or Solibri.
  • Maintain and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and templates in accordance with company and industry guidelines.
  • Support project teams in BIM software usage (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360).
  • Produce and manage coordinated drawings and documentation.
  • Assist in training and mentoring project team members on BIM tools and workflows.
  • Coordinate data exchange and integration with external consultants and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support for BIM-related issues and troubleshoot modeling problems.
  • Ensure that all models are properly archived and updated throughout project phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a BIM coordination or related role.
  • Hands-on experience with BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and design coordination.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 19650 and COBie is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting (e.g., Dynamo, Python) and visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion) is advantageous.
