Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Mechanical BIM project execution plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements, including clash detection and resolution protocols.
  • Lead the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing conflicts between systems, focusing on constructability.
  • Oversee the creation and management of Mechanical BIM content, including families, templates, and libraries, ensuring adherence to project standards and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular BIM model audits and quality checks for Mechanical systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain model accuracy and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications, such as a BIM certification or a professional engineering license, demonstrating expertise.
  • Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, particularly on building projects, offering practical knowledge.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of Mechanical systems and their integration within BIM models, showcasing technical proficiency.
