BIM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage architectural BIM models across project lifecycle.
  
• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit families, templates, and standards.
  
• Perform clash detection and resolution in coordination with MEP and Structural teams.
  
• Ensure model compliance with LOD, BEP, and project standards.
  
• Liaise with project team, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth BIM coordination.
  
• Support design review meetings, model updates, and clash reports.
  
• Assist in documentation, coordination schedules, and progress reporting.
  
• Provide guidance on BIM standards and best practices within the architectural team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Arch / B.E. in Architecture or Civil Engineering with 7+ years of Architectural BIM experience.
  
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Dynamo for architectural modeling.
  
• Experienced in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
  
• Familiar with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD compliance.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-trade coordination.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage architectural model quality and standards.
