Lead BIM coordination across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP).

Ensure implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and project workflows.

Manage clash detection, model integration & coordination workflows

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders for seamless execution.

Lead multi-disciplinary coordination (Architecture, Structural, MEP) and ensure seamless model integration across all design stages (Concept to IFC).

Assist in achieving required LOD (Level of Development) at different project stages (Concept, DD, IFC).

Maintain accurate BIM documentation and data management.

Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

Coordinate and manage the BIM modeling process across multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration and efficiency.

Implement and oversee BIM software standards and protocols, ensuring consistency and quality across all project deliverables.

Conduct regular quality control checks on BIM models to identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact project timelines.

Manage and facilitate design coordination meetings, workshops, and clash resolution sessions with consultants and contractors.

Review and validate design deliverables, drawings, and BIM models prior to client submission and approvals.

Coordinate and manage all BIM activities within PMC/Consultancy project environments, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project delivery standards.
