Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies, frameworks, and standards in line with ISO 19650 and project objectives.
  • Coordinate BIM design deliverables across disciplines, ensuring model accuracy, interoperability, and data consistency.
  • Lead the adoption of digital twin, asset tracking, and GIS-based solutions to enhance project management and lifecycle analysis.
  • Manage the BIM tendering process, including RFI/RFP preparation, evaluation, and vendor compliance.
  • Oversee BOQ generation and model-based quantity extraction to support estimation and procurement teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration between BIM tools and other enterprise systems for data sharing and reporting.
  • Monitor BIM execution plans (BEPs), ensuring adherence to established standards and workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership, training, and mentoring to internal teams on BIM and digital delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment and compliance with BIM objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and standards.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; Master s degree preferred.
  • 10 15 years of BIM experience, including at least 5 years in BIM governance or management roles.
  • Proven expertise in BIM implementation, digital transformation, and framework development.
  • Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, GIS tools, and digital twin solutions.
  • BIM certification (Autodesk ACP, BuildingSMART, or equivalent) highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, and BIM classification systems.
  • Experience in telecom or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
