Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed electrical models within BIM software, accurately representing conduit, cable trays, and equipment.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and other disciplines to ensure model coordination and clash detection.
- Create and maintain a library of electrical components, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices.
- Generate 2D drawings and schedules from the 3D model, ensuring accuracy and completeness for construction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical modeling using Revit or similar BIM software.
- Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
