Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for various construction projects in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary models, identifying and resolving clashes or discrepancies using BIM software.
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports derived from BIM models.
Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all project phases.
Conduct regular quality checks and audits on BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications and client expectations.
Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools, workflows, and processes.
Assist in the preparation of 3D visualizations, simulations, and presentations for client meetings and project reviews.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and industry developments to drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate remote collaboration and information sharing among project teams in a hybrid work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM engineering or a closely related field.
Proven expertise in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of construction project management processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver BIM models for large-scale construction projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Experience in implementing and maintaining BIM standards and protocols.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to BIM modeling and coordination.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adaptability to work in a flexible, hybrid (remote and onsite) work arrangement.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with BIM advancements.
