Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and motivated BIM Engineer/ to join our technical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination, and delivery of BIM models for construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver accurate and coordinated digital models that enhance project efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Modeling and Coordination

Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related tools.

Create detailed architectural, structural, and MEP models with full coordination across disciplines.

Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and propose solutions to resolve conflicts before construction.

Generate detailed 2D drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from BIM models.

2. Design and Technical Support

Assist design teams in translating design intent into constructible digital models.

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and assist estimation teams in cost analysis.

Review consultant and subcontractor BIM models for consistency and compliance.

Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure model integrity and version control.

3. Standards and Documentation

Ensure all BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.

Maintain a central model library and ensure data accuracy across all project files.

Document modeling procedures, workflows, and updates for project records.

Support BIM implementation strategies and contribute to continuous improvement.

4. Collaboration and Meetings

Participate in coordination and progress meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Provide BIM-related technical support and training to team members.

Communicate effectively with site teams to ensure model updates reflect actual site conditions.

Bachelor s degree in ivil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination for building or infrastructure projects.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms).

Strong understanding of construction drawings, project coordination, and as-built documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of BIM-based facility management and lifecycle data integration.
