BIM Manager BIM Design LLC

This is a contract role for a BIM Manager, based on-site in Doha, Qatar. The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading BIM coordination efforts, supporting the development of architectural and engineering models, and overseeing virtual design processes. Responsibilities include managing project workflows, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and resolving design and coordination challenges. The role also requires close interaction with project stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

Eligibility Criteria: This role is open to candidates who are presently located in Qatar, due to project requirements and on-site involvement.

Qualification-

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and processes

• Strong expertise in BIM Coordination and managing multidisciplinary team integration

• Experience in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methodologies

• Background in Architecture, along with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems

• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and other BIM-related standards

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus

• Minimum 10 years’ experience required.
