Job Opening: BIM Manager

BIM Design LLCis growing and we are expanding! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Manager to join our operations in Riyadh, KSA on a 6-month extendable contract.


Position: BIM Manager

Location: Riyadh (Tuwaiq), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Contract: 6 Months (Extendable)

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Valid: IQAMA/Transferrable


Job Description:

· Oversee the implementation and execution of BIM processes across multidisciplinary projects.

· Manage coordination, quality, and delivery of BIM models and documentation.

· Lead and guide BIM teams in applying company standards and project-specific BEPs.

· Ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance with client and project requirements.

· Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance reviews using Revit and Navisworks.

· Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure project success.

· Develop BIM templates, workflows, and strategies for continuous process improvement.

· Prepare and present BIM coordination reports and progress updates to stakeholders.

· Mentor team members and ensure effective communication within the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a BIM Manager on large-scale projects.

· Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Must be available immediately and willing to relocate within KSA.

· Valid and transferable Iqama is preferred.
