Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop/Update the BIM model.
  • Responsible for preparing Parametric modelling using Revit.
  • Develop/Update accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
  • Create/Update discipline specific BIM Modelling content.
  • Coordinating the setup of shared file server with Design Team IT staff. This shall include interfacing with Design Team IT staff to set up web portal, permissions, etc.
  • Ensuring that BIM is used appropriately to test design requirements/criteria for functionality.
  • Liaising with Design Team BIM and IT Managers to ensure software is installed and operating properly.
  • Deploys the BIM standards, protocols and CAD resources within the BIM team and monitors the compliant information construction and utilization.
  • Conduct design coordination / clash detection are smoothly integrated in the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma/Bachelor s in Civil from an accredited college.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the BIM or related Industry.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit. Knowledge in other Autodesk products like Navisworks, Civil 3D, Plant 3D and Infraworks is preferable.
  • Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions
  • Amicable written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
  • Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others
