Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows for civil construction projects.
Establish BIM protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all project phases.
Lead coordination meetings and resolve design clashes using clash detection tools
Oversee the integration of architectural, structural, and MEP models into a unified project model.
Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project requirements.
Facilitate collaboration between architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, contractors, and clients.
Provide technical support and training on BIM processes and software for project teams.
Review BIM models for compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations.
Maintain proper documentation of model versions, revisions, and project deliverables.
Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
Prepare BIM progress reports and updates for management and clients.
Mentor BIM coordinators, modelers, and junior team members to ensure adherence to standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Minimum 15–18 years of experience in civil construction projects
Proven track record of successfully managing high rise buildings, shopping malls, airports, and theme parks from conception to completion.
Strong proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, etc.
Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM standards implementation
