Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Oversee and manage BIM workflows, processes, and standards across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
- Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitating collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Supervise the creation, integration, and maintenance of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and issue resolution using tools like Navisworks, Solibri, or similar.
- Support teams in the use of BIM software tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and more.
- Manage and enforce quality control procedures for BIM deliverables.
- Collaborate with project and IT teams to manage BIM infrastructure, software, licenses, and hardware resources.
- Deliver training and support to BIM coordinators, technicians, and project teams.
- Stay up-to-date with BIM technologies, industry trends, and international standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Contribute to digital innovation by exploring tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, Twinmotion, and cloud collaboration platforms.
