Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities for a 5-star hospitality project in Riyadh.
Coordinate BIM workflows between consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy across all models.
Oversee the development, review, and validation of 3D models, drawings, and BIM outputs in accordance with project standards.
Ensure that all BIM deliverables meet project requirements, client expectations, and international BIM standards.
Manage BIM execution plans (BEP), BIM standards, and protocols, ensuring compliance across the project.
Collaborate with design, architecture, structural, MEP, and interior teams to resolve clashes and design coordination issues using BIM tools.
Support site supervision teams by providing accurate BIM data, model-based information, and visualizations for construction activities.
Conduct BIM coordination meetings and workshops, presenting model updates and design solutions to stakeholders.
Implement quality control procedures for BIM models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Train, mentor, and guide project team members on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
Support digital delivery, documentation, and model-based reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum 15+ years of experience in the construction/consultancy/design industry.
Proven experience as a BIM Manager on large-scale projects, preferably 5-star hospitality developments (hotels, resorts, luxury mixed-use).
Mandatory: Prior consultant site supervision experience specifically in 5-star hospitality projects.
Experience working with contractors and strong BIM proficiency is a significant advantage.
Must be currently residing in KSA (Saudi Arabia).
Strong expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
Excellent understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination and hospitality project standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard, client-focused environment.
