BIM Mechanical Engineer

Job Location: Amaala, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia

Project: Infrastructure (Amaala Red Sea Project)
Availability: Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update 3D BIM models for mechanical systems HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and utilities.
Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free design.
Perform clash detection and issue coordination reports using Revit, Navisworks, or BIM 360.
Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and material take-offs as per approved design.
Maintain BIM documentation and ensure compliance with project and client BIM standards.
Support site teams with model-based coordination and construction sequencing.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of BIM Mechanical experience in infrastructure or MEP projects.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Experience with infrastructure utilities, HVAC, or Red Sea/NEOM projects preferred.
Immediate joining is required.
