• Develop accurate 3D models through the use of advanced BIM software tools.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine initial concept designs.
• Create detailed, precise technical drawings and documentation for projects.

• Coordinate the integration of multidisciplinary models for seamless project delivery.
• Participate in project planning and design meetings to offer technical insights.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle for accuracy.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure all design specifications are met.

• Bachelor s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in BIM modeling and technical drafting for construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of building design and construction processes and principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in interpreting design drawings.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills to effectively liaise with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within BIM models flexibly.
