Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for LV power, lighting, containment, earthing, and ELV systems.

  • Conduct clash detection with mechanical and structural models; coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

  • Extract electrical drawings, panel schedules, and cable schedules from Revit models.

  • Maintain model to project LOD requirements and BIM Execution Plan standards.

  • Support design team with model-based quantity extraction for procurement.

  • Participate in federated model coordination sessions with MEP and structural teams.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • 5–9 years of electrical BIM modeling experience with a Tier 1 UAE MEP contractor.

  • Advanced Revit MEP (Electrical) proficiency; Navisworks and BIM 360 experience required.

  • Strong understanding of LV/ELV systems and UAE electrical authority requirements.
