Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1- Create and update 3D structural BIM models and detailed drawings (design, shop, and as-built) in accordance with project requirements and standards.

2- Prepare parametric Revit families and ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

3- Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with other disciplines to maintain consistency across design trades.

4- Conduct clash detection, resolve modeling issues, and ensure the delivery of clash-free models.

5-Extract material quantities from BIM models.

6-Perform self-review of BIM models and drawings to maintain accuracy before quality checks and submissions.

7-Archive and track drawings, markups, and model revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

8-Ensure adherence to company standards for CAD, MicroStation, and BIM processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural BIM modeling and drawing preparation.

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.

- Strong understanding of structural design concepts and drawing preparation.

- Experience with clash detection and resolution using BIM software.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
