Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural elements including foundations, slabs, retaining walls, and other structural components as per project specifications.
• Coordinate and integrate civil and structural models with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Prepare accurate construction drawings, sections, and details extracted from BIM models for execution.
• Ensure all models and drawings adhere to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), company standards, and client requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts related to civil and structural systems using tools like Navisworks or Revit.
• Collaborate with design consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure design intent and constructability are maintained.
• Update models to reflect as-built conditions and maintain version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate quantity take-offs and reports directly from BIM models for estimation and planning purposes.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and contribute to maintaining the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Ensure model accuracy, integrity, and alignment with project milestones and timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed and accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, grounding, cable trays, and earthing networks for data centers.
• Coordinate electrical layouts with other disciplines (civil, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, ELV, etc.) to avoid clashes and ensure design integration.
• Generate detailed shop drawings and installation layouts extracted from BIM models.
• Ensure adherence to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), electrical design standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Perform clash detection and participate in coordination meetings to resolve issues related to electrical routing and space management.
• Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and mark-ups into the BIM model and maintain updated documentation.
• Support project engineers and site teams with model-based insights for installation and commissioning phases.
• Produce accurate quantity take-offs (cable lengths, equipment counts, etc.) from the BIM model for procurement and planning.
• Contribute to creation of as-built models and documentation upon project completion.
• Maintain version control, model integrity, and ensure timely delivery of electrical BIM deliverables as per project schedule.
