Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building design.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to minimize conflicts and ensure smooth coordination among various trades.
  • Generate detailed MEP drawings and documentation from BIM models for construction purposes, ensuring clarity and adherence to standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM modeling, showcasing a proven track record in complex projects.
  • Certification in BIM software such as Revit or Navisworks, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in industry-standard tools.
  • Experience working in construction, architecture, or MEP consulting firms, ensuring familiarity with real-world applications.
