Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate 3D models of precast concrete elements using BIM software (Revit).

  • Prepare detailed fabrication and shop drawings from the BIM model.

  • Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and other discipline modelers to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration.

  • Update models based on design revisions or site feedback.

  • Generate bar bending schedules and part lists from the model.

  • Maintain model element data and ensure correct attributes for precast elements.

  • Follow and implement BIM Execution Plans and project-specific modelling protocols.

  • Support site teams with installation drawings and erection sequence plans.

Maintain organized model files and proper version control of outputs

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit).

  • Familiarity with precast production and erection processes.

  • Understanding of engineering drawings and construction documentation.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
