Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and accurate BIM models of fire-rated doors and joinery, ensuring compliance with project specifications and fire safety regulations.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of door and joinery families, including parametric modeling for various configurations and sizes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless integration of fire-rated elements within the overall building design.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model, specifically focusing on fire-rated door and joinery installations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of building design principles.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Revit Certified Professional or similar, showcasing proficiency in BIM software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong focus on fire-rated doors and joinery.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of fire-rated door and joinery construction, materials, and installation techniques.
