Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for façade projects using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documents.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for clash detection and model integration.

• Ensure models and drawings align with design intent, project specifications, and international standards.

• Participate in design coordination meetings and update models based on client or site feedback.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of models and files.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in façade or curtain wall systems.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.

• Strong understanding of façade design and fabrication workflows.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under tight deadlines.
