Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design discrepancies and optimize project workflows.
  • Conduct clash detection and produce detailed reports to enhance coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
  • Create and maintain BIM execution plans and workflows to support project delivery and compliance with industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for construction or architectural projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is crucial for effective performance.
  • Certifications like Autodesk Certified Professional or BuildingSMART certifications are highly desirable.
