Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage 3D models using BIM software to ensure accurate representation of design intent and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate multi-discipline models, resolving conflicts through clash detection.
  • Prepare detailed construction documentation and specifications, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of models to ensure data integrity and adherence to project standards, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and model management protocols to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Utilize parametric modeling techniques to enhance design flexibility and facilitate design iterations with minimal effort.
  • Support project managers with scheduling and cost estimation by providing accurate model data for quantity take-offs.
