Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- 3D Architectural modelling & 2D drafting and detailing & coordination.
- Complete design coordination with design teams including review, comments & RFI.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the modelling proceeding in complete coordination with all the partners of the project.
- ID detailed Modelling, as-built drawings, plans, elevations, Sections, and architectural shop drawings.
- Modify plans to suit the needs of the project.
- Customized Revit family creations, effective architecture, and structural modelling.
- Sheet generation for all stages of submissions & exporting the files into various formats.
- Handling team and documenting the working progress for all consultant BIM coordinators.
- Updates models/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval for each project work.
Requirements:
- Drafting/BIM Skill
- Must have experience in Steel Structures.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Revit
- Minimum 2-5 years of GCC experience
- Experience in the Construction industry.
- Diploma/Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree/B.Arch. / ITI
- Computer Skill

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Drafting/BIM Skill
- Must have experience in Steel Structures.
- Immediate joiners available in UAE
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Revit
- Minimum 2-5 years of GCC experience
- Experience in the Construction industry.
- Diploma/Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree/B.Arch. / ITI
