Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and project workflows, ensuring adherence to project standards and client requirements.
  • Create and manage BIM models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficient use of modeling techniques for clash detection and coordination.
  • Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and identify/resolve modeling errors.
  • Coordinate with project teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to facilitate BIM implementation and resolve model-related issues effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of the AEC industry.
  • Holds relevant BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional), showcasing a commitment to BIM proficiency.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with hands-on BIM experience.
  • Exhibits a strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools, ensuring effective model creation and management.
