Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and complete structural BIM models (concrete & steel).
Upgrade BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
Prepare construction and shop drawings.
Perform coordination and clash detection with other disciplines.
Ensure model accuracy, validation, and quality control.
Support technical office activities and construction documentation.
Apply BIM standards, BEP, and MPDT requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Structural Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of concrete and steel design principles.
- Familiarity with international codes (ACI, SBC).
- Experience in technical office duties and large-scale projects.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with contractor-focused LOD development.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows.
- Dynamo automation knowledge is a plus.
