Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
�Develop 3D structural models using Revit Structure. �Prepare structural drawings and detailed documentation. �Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for model integration. �Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements. �Generate schedules and quantity take-offs from the model. �Revise models based on design changes or client feedback. �Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings. �Maintain model accuracy and structural detailing quality. �Collaborate with engineers to interpret design intent. �Follow industry codes and company CAD/BIM standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
� Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field. � Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural modelling. � Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. � Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately � Good communication and team coordination skills, both in design and construction phases.
