Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Biology to students in Grades 10 to 13 following the Cambridge AS & A Level curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, laboratory activities, and assessments aligned with Cambridge standards.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide regular academic feedback.
- Support students preparing for practical exams and theory examinations (AS & A Level).
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and school events.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to school initiatives, academic quality improvement, and student development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in Cambridge AS & A Level Biology.
- Strong understanding of Cambridge exam structure, grading, and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate senior-secondary students.
- Prior experience in international schools (preferred).
