Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality biology lessons, fostering student engagement, and supporting academic growth through innovative teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Biology lessons as per curriculum standards.
Use modern teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance student learning.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and class participation.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive, productive learning environment.
Support students academically and provide extra assistance when needed.
Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
Stay updated with developments in science education and integrate them into teaching.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to incorporate educational technology and interactive teaching methods.
