Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, calibrate, and maintain medical imaging equipment such as MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound systems at client sites.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety checks to ensure optimal equipment performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely repairs and minimizing equipment downtime.
- Document service activities, maintenance logs, and repair reports in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use and care of imaging equipment.
- Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for parts procurement and advanced technical support.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during installation and servicing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide on-site support as required.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to support equipment upgrades and new installations.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 5 years of experience in medical imaging equipment service and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills
