Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Birthday & Event Animation
- Facilitate games, competitions, storytelling, and other interactive activities tailored to children s age groups.
- Ensure seamless transition between activities, including cake cutting, gift distribution, and group photos.
2. Arts & Crafts Facilitation
- Provide step-by-step guidance and encouragement to children during crafts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized arts & crafts area during and after sessions.
- Innovate new craft ideas, themes, and seasonal projects to enhance the guest experience.
3. Child Supervision & Safety
- Ensure the physical safety and well-being of children during all activities.
- Maintain discipline in a positive and professional manner.
4. Team Collaboration & Operational Support
- Assist in event setup, decorations, and teardown as required.
- Collaborate with fellow animators, event staff, and management to ensure high-quality delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in animation, childcare, arts & crafts, or event coordination preferred.
- Strong artistic skills (painting, drawing, crafting) and creative imagination.
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality, able to engage with children effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and children simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
