Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

  2. Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools.

  3. Analyze business performance, sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  4. Validate, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of data from multiple sources.

  5. Generate insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

  6. Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

  7. Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.

  8. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Risk, and Management teams to understand reporting needs.

  9. Monitor Cards, Loans, and Banking portfolio performance through data analysis.

  10. Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Statistics, or a related field.

  2. 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.

  3. Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).

  4. Experience with Power BI and Tableau will be preferred.

  5. Experience with Qlik Sense or other BI tools will be an added advantage.

  6. Candidates with a banking background will be preferred.

  7. Good understanding of Retail Banking, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Banking Operations.

  8. Knowledge of SQL and reporting automation is preferred.

  9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  10. Candidate with only UAE experience will be preffered
