Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

Report to the Project QC Manager / Coating Technical Lead on all painting and coating quality issues and any revisions required.

Coordinating with site painting supervisor and other discipline QCs and execution leads on all quality-related matters.

Ensure painting procedures are properly distributed, implemented, and kept updated at site.

Verify that painters and grit blasters possess valid qualifications and adequate training.

Ensure all painting activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.

Ensure sufficient and appropriate inspection instruments are available to meet project requirements.

Ensure calibration and validity of all inspection and measuring equipment.

Liaise with Clients and Third-Party Inspectors to resolve any quality issues during project execution.

Ensure painting inspection reports are prepared, reviewed, and submitted as per contract requirements.
